Content Strategy
- Develop cross-channel internal and external communication plans in accordance with business brand and objectives
- Identify story opportunities and collaborate with subject matter experts at all levels to produce clear, compelling content
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across external touch points
Media Relations
- Media lead for company and its network of more than 1,200 local campus stores: Follett in the News
- Writing and editing press releases and external articles to promote company mission and reputation: Follett Media Center

- Develop and monitor social media strategies for enterprise channels: Follett Facebook, Follett Twitter, Follett Linkedin, Follett Higher Education Group Twitter, Follett Higher Education Group LinkedIn
